JUST IN: Army Hands Over Suspect, 176kg Of Indian Hemp To NDLEA In Ogun State

The 35 Artillery Brigade of the Nigerian Army in Abeokuta state has handed over 176kg of Indian hemp to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).The Garrison Commander, Col. Legborsi Nule, represented by Brig.-Gen. Mohammed Aminu, transferred the contraband to the NDLEA.

The army had apprehended Fatai Bankole (25) on Jan. 6 at Imeko while patrolling the Imeko-Abeokuta Road in Ogun.The brigade emphasized its commitment to collaborating with security agencies to combat crimes in the state. NDLEA Commandant in Ogun, Mrs. Jane Odili, commended the brigade’s efforts and sought continued collaboration with the Nigerian Army and other security agencies.
