Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Hermes, has opened up about his life after the reality show. In a recent interview with Pulse Nigeria, he shared his thoughts on the experiences he has had since leaving the BBNaija house.

Hermes reflected on the struggles he has faced, particularly with adjusting to a new normal after the loss of his mother, Isioma. Despite the challenges, he expressed gratitude for the opportunities that have come his way.

However, Hermes acknowledged that life has not been without its challenges. He spoke candidly about his experiences, offering a glimpse into the realities of life after reality TV.

In his words:

“I haven’t been coping, to be honest. Every time people ask me about that, I just say that I’m as good as can be. What used to be my norm was centred around my mum and now it’s difficult to find that balance or what my norm is. I’m also trying to find new normals and I don’t think that would ever go away. I’m just learning to live with it.”
