Nigerian actor and skit maker Kamo State has expressed his deepest gratitude to his senior colleague and godmother, Funke Akindele, for her unwavering support throughout his wife’s pregnancy and childbirth.

In a heartfelt note, Kamo State described Funke Akindele as “an angel in human form” and highlighted her selfless acts.

He revealed that Funke Akindele secured one of Lagos’ best doctors for his wife’s care and covered all medical expenses. When she found out about the pregnancy late, she even offered to fly Kamo State’s wife to the US for the baby’s birth.

Kamo State also shared that Funke Akindele spent nights with him at the hospital, providing emotional support and encouragement.

Furthermore, Kamo State disclosed that Funke Akindele sponsored the christening of his baby, taking care of everything from food to outfits.

He expressed his gratitude for her generosity and love, stating that he owes her a lifetime of kindness.
