In the tumultuous 1980s, a misguided teenager, Chan Lok-kwun, stumbles upon the infamous Kowloon Walled City, a labyrinthine metropolis notorious for its lawlessness and disorder.

Yet, amidst the chaos, he discovers an unexpected sense of belonging and purpose. Under the guidance of Cyclone, a fearless leader, and alongside his newfound friends Shin, Twelfth Master, and AV, Lok-kwun learns valuable life lessons and finds camaraderie.

As the villainous Mr. Big threatens to destroy their sanctuary, the group embarks on a series of intense battles to protect their home.
